Code to create a table with the 30 most recently created files, sorted by creation timestamp

TABLE file.ctime
SORT file.ctime DESC
LIMIT 5

Dataview returns results as

  • TABLE (Field)
  • LIST (Field)
  • TASK
  • CALENDER

Source FROM specifies folder, hashtag WHERE clause

  • Equals WHERE Project = "Project X"
  • Contains WHERE Contains(Summary, "Alice")

It works just like a charm. As well as supporting a whole bunch of services like Dropbox, Google Drive, and all that crap, it also supports FTP, SFTP, SMB, S3 and WebDAV! You can choose whether synchronisation is in one direction, the other, or bidirectional, configure scheduling, options, filters and even webhooks! There’s nothing missing.

That should work for anything created the same date. This shows any files that have been touched today:
