Folder Templates

Templater plugin Automatically inserts the correct template when you create a new note in that folder. If you want different templates to auto‑apply depending on the folder, this is the most powerful and flexible option

Set up Install Templater (Settings → Community Plugins → Browse → “Templater”). Go to Settings → Templater → Folder Templates. Rule: Folder: choose the folder (e.g., Daily Notes, Projects, Meetings) Template file: choose the template you want to apply automatically
