Internal links - Obsidian Help

1. Install the "Copy Block Link" plugin
2. In the note that has your paragraph, click the "paragraph"
3. Copy the paragraph's link using one of the following methods
   1. Right-click the paragraph and select one of the following ..
      1. Copy Link to Block
      2. Copy Link to Embed
   2. (or) Press Ctrl-P and select one of those two choices from the menu that appears
   3. (or) Press a Hotkey to copy the paragraph's link
4. Paste the link you copied into another note as needed

If you want to copy via right-click or hotkey, you'll need to setup those capabilities in settings.

The downside of this method is you have to be in the note that has the paragraph you want to copy. I normally use the right-click method to copy a block IF I'm in the note that has the block.
